This wonderful bread is made with my three-year old sourdough starter, and has a distinctive tangy flavor and chewy texture. My bread-making method is one that dates back thousands of years. I use my fermented “starter” of flour and water, which contains wild yeast and bacteria instead of commercial yeast. You will not be disappointed.
