Cheese Straws can come in a variety of shapes and sizes, and are priced at $12 for 24 (2 dozen). Cheese Straws first appeared in 1828 and were known as Ramequins a la Sefton. This great southern appetizer is very popular at weddings. They pair well with wine, beer, or your favorite dip, and the wonderful, buttery, savory flavor has a tiny bit of heat.
